On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Ministry of Tourism and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels organized a special event, with a \u201cwomanly scent\u201d, at the Museum of Cycladic Art, presenting the Greek Breakfast program, an initiative that highlights the connection between Gastronomy and Tourism and Hospitality.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by the Minister of Tourism, Olga\u202fKefalogianni; the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Elena\u202fRapti; the President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, Mr.\u202fAlexandros\u202fVassilikos; as well as female Ambassadors, prominent personalities, representatives of the tourism and gastronomic sectors, local government and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

The event was coordinated by the excellent gastronomy expert, writer and chef Eleni\u202fPsychouli, while the tasting menu was curated by the unique chef Argyro\u202fKoutsou.<\/p>\n

Maria\u202fMouriki, as a female producer\u202f\u2013\u202fbeekeeper and ambassador of Greek innovative products in the Agri\u2011Food sector, was selected and hosted at the excellent event along with 4 other women\u202f\u2013\u202fproducers. Maria, in her brief report, described the philosophy of beekeeping and her personal history as a Greek beekeeper.<\/p>\n

Beekeeping is an art, expression, culture, something that is captured in the special jars of Mouriki\u202fGreek\u202fPremium\u202fHoney.<\/p>\n
