In the mountainous mountains of Parnon in the Peloponnese, we produce every June the excellent quality Vanilla Fir Honey, which is considered a rare honey of limited production due to the particularly difficult way of collecting it. Its velvety texture and soft taste combined with its blond, bright color rank it among the most famous honeys of Greek nature.
