MOVE OUR BEE HIVES TO A WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT PLACES ALL OVER GREECE WITH THE AIM OF PRODUCING THE BEST AND GREATEST ADVANCE RARE VARIETIES OF HONEY.

Flowers Honey Delphi

The vast plain with olive trees & the sea shining in the background was dedicated to Apollo and is one of the most ancient beauties of Greece. The natural landscape from Arachova to Kirra, which is connected to the large olive grove of Amfissa and has at its center the sanctuaries of Apollo and Athena at Delphi, is world-famous. It reaches the foothills of Parnassos, where one can find great biodiversity in flowers and rare plants.

Red Fir Honey

Red fir honey is produced in the heart of summer in the mountainous and inaccessible mountains of Gkiona and Vardoussia in Central Greece, at an altitude of over 1,500 meters, in an area of rare, wild, virgin vegetation full of fir trees, in a wonderful Alpine landscape. Red fir honey has a thick texture, a rich, not intensely sweet taste and is among the most balanced, famous honeys of Greek Nature.

Fir Vanilla Honey

In the mountainous mountains of Parnon in the Peloponnese, we produce every June the excellent quality Vanilla Fir honey which is considered a rare honey of limited production due to the particularly difficult way of collecting it. Its velvety texture and soft taste rank it among the most famous honeys of Greek nature.

Milos Honey

On the island of Aphrodite, Milos and Kimolos, the island that took its name from the exceptional mineral wealth it possesses, we collect from the rare flora of the 2 islands a honey made of Cycladic thyme & wild herbs. The bright sun of the Cyclades, the dry and arid lands and the geographical location of the island, offers us a rare honey produced by the 200 beehives of the Mouriki family in Milos and Kimolos. Our apiary was established on the island of Kimolos in November 2020. Depending on the season and flowering, the beehives are transferred to Milos or part of them remains in Kimolos. Milos Honey is available in limited quantities.

Thyme Honey

Early July in Galaxidi, in a seaside thyme area known for its exquisite thymes, we collect an excellent, aromatic and famous honey, thyme, perhaps the most beloved and widely known honey in Greece. It rightfully occupies one of the first places worldwide in consumer preference, due to the fact that it is an extremely aromatic honey, with a wonderful bright, amber color.

Chestnut Honey

A honey of unique quality and particularly rare in taste is chestnut honey. To produce it, we transfer our beehives to a beautiful and natural forest on Mount Athos (in Chalkidiki). Chestnut honey has a dark brown color, a peppery flavor and a unique character. Available in limited quantities.

Heather Honey

In the autumn, we produce heather honey in the Sithonia region of Halkidiki, a rare honey, where its taste has the peculiarity of not being as sweet as other honeys and also its texture is more solid.

Pine Honey

Every spring and autumn we transfer a large population of beehives to Thassos, to a beautiful, virgin pine forest from where we collect the famous pine honey of Thassos, one of the tastiest and highest quality pine honeys produced in Greece. Pine honey is ranked among the top quality honeys produced in our country.

Oak Honey

In an area protected by (Natura 2000) in the wider region of Evrytania, in a virgin forest full of oak trees, we transfer part of our bee population around mid-summer to collect oak honey, a dark-colored, with a special taste.
