Description
On Milos, the island of Aphrodite and Kimolos, the island that took its name from the exceptional mineral wealth it has, we collect since November 2020 through the rare flora of the 2 islands a honey from Cycladic thyme & wild herbs such as lavender and oregano. The bright sun of Cyclades, the dry and arid soils and the geographical location of the island offer us a rare honey produced by the 200 bees of the Mourikis family in Milos and Kimolos. Our apiary was established on the island of Kimolos in November 2020. Depending on the season and flowering, bees are transferred to Milos or part of them remains in Kimolos. Milos Honey is offered in limited quantity and only in a package of 450gr.
