Sage (Salvia Triloba)
Due to the microclimate of Crete, Cretan sage is considered one of the best varieties that thrive in Greece.
Add 1 tablespoon of dried sage to a pot of boiling water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then let it cool for a few minutes and strain it. Add a spoonful of honey to enhance the taste.
